Why use A Buyer’s Agent?

If you’re like most people, you probably want to be sure that you have made the right decision when buying – especially when it comes to
something as important as property

Whenever you buy something, it’s an emotional event:
Did I pay too much? Did I choose the right one? Was there something better?

Nowadays, you can employ a personal shopper to show you the best places to buy your clothes and a stockbroker to help you buy the right shares. They take the emotion out of the deal for you. They make sure you are “sold” on your purchase. After all, that is what the word ‘sold’ stands for – Sure Of Latest Deal – isn’t it?

When you buy property, be it for investment or to become your dream home, you normally have to deal with real estate agents. While, at law, they have a duty of care towards you, ultimately they are working for their client, the seller, and they have to abide by the real estate agents’ code of conduct which states that they must obtain the maximum sale price for their client (see the PAMD Act Regulation 2001, Part 3, Clause 29).

Buyers

As a buyer’s agent, we have, at law, a duty to achieve the minimum possible price for our client – you! As a buyer’s agent, we can take away vast amounts of emotion when purchasing property on your behalf. How? Well, we have a straightforward, jargon-free procedure which will help you become ‘sold’, giving you peace of mind.

As your buyer’s agent, we will guide you through the whole process of choosing the right property, with the right features, in the right area, and secure it for you at the right price.

As your buyer’s agent, we will inspect and report on each property, find out about local amenities, check past sales, give guidance to you on the right price to offer and negotiate on your behalf with the agent/owner. We will then follow the sale through to completion.

Rest assured we will be there for you until the day you move in.
